From hosting our Super Bowl party in January—where proceeds helped provide over 110 meals at a local food pantry—to this month’s initiative supporting a local homeless organization, we’re committed to rolling out impactful programs year-round. While our main focus may be on providing high-quality cannabis, we have much more to offer at Society House. We’re a dispensary where cannabis culture meets true substance, a hub for the community, and a place where people can connect and learn. Is the Society House dispensary recreation or medical?
Our Brooklyn NY dispensary is a recreational establishment, which means we serve adults who are at least 21 years of age or older. While we are a recreational dispensary, we also have many wellness-centered cannabis products to choose from on the menu, including tinctures, topicals, high CBD products, and more.

What Is Near Our Weed Dispensary in Brooklyn?
Society House is located in Mill Basin Brooklyn just northeast of the Belt Parkway. We’re less than a half mile from the Kings Plaza Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Brooklyn, so if you’re planning a shopping trip, our shop is a convenient stopping point along the way. We’re also just outside Marine Park, which has everything from tennis courts and golf courses to nature trails, a creek, and its own island.

How much cannabis can I buy as an adult customer in NY?
As an adult, you can purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower or up to 24 grams of cannabis concentrate in a single transaction in New York. You can visit as many dispensaries per day as you like if you don't meet your purchase limit at one place, so feel free to explore if needed to find what you need.
Can I buy cannabis in NY if I'm from out of state?
Yes, you can purchase cannabis in New York even if you're from out of state. All you need is a valid government-issued ID to prove you are 21 or older, making it easy for visitors to partake in New York's cannabis. Do keep in mind, however, it is still currently illegal to travel across state lines with cannabis of any form in your vehicle due to federal regulations.
